I ordered my S23fe on O2 and got a really good deal on the tariff, However it said you could claim free earbuds and cash back which i did but have not heard anything back from Samsung yet, was this just a scam?
Samsung makes it notoriously difficult to get the free gifts promised. Do a search for Samsung ear buds promotion and you should find it, but they really make you go through hoops.
Hi there 👋, have you made official claim on their website and uploaded all necessary documents? If so you should get and email when your claim is approved once approved your earbuds should be with you within 45 days (from the day when it was approved) when it's shipped you will also get an email with tracking details, you can always try to phone samsung promotions team and chase this up.
I disagree, i have had 3 pairs of ear buds, GW watch 6 from Samsung Promotion to date, I found it 3ztremley 3asy and no zero problems. I am not saying some don't experience issues but I can only talk from my experience
I've taken up this offer. Just had to fill in a form upload proof of purchase. Said it can take up to 45 days. I just check no and again. All good so far. I can guarantee this is not a "scam"
