Ordered S24 Ultra

Just ordered S24 Ultra from Samsung website. Paid £759 with trade in. They haven't even sent me a confirmation email! Have I been ripped off?

As long as you've gone through the official Samsung Shop App or samsung.com you'll be fine. 

It can take a bit for the email to come through and do check your spam in-folder just incase.

Did you created a Samsung account on the website? If yes, you could see the status of your order by login on the Samsung account, pointing over the user logo on the right of the screen and clicking on "Orders".

Don't worry I had this as well and I was panicking! My email came the next day

It'll take about 3 weeks before they bother to send it out using the world's slowest couriers.
