Has anyone else had an order (Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra) stuck in shipping with UPS since 07/19/24? At first it said delayed, now it says delivery date not available and that they are sorry for the inconvenience but the shipper can start a claim.
When I tried customer service they told me I have to wait until August 4th (the deadline for my old watch to be shipped back) to report it.
This seems ridiculous as it is obvious UPS cannot locate the package and I have been charged for the watch.
