Hi,
I ordered a Samsung TV through the Samsung.com website last week but cannot find any trace of my order. Notably I can't find any confirmation emails (checked trash, spams and others). The order has been placed however as evidenced by my credit card statement.
With my information (name, email, CC info) can a Samsung rep help me retrieve my order and the associated info?
