No upgrade program?

So it seems the upgrade program has stopped. So now when I trade in my S23 Ultra I'm bound to 14 months instead of 12. A final settlement instead of the finance being written off when I trade in.

Considering leaving the fold now.. anyone else in the same situation ?

Also with the previous system you could pay it over 24 months and still upgrade after 12

Now it seems you have to pay the full cost of the phone over 14 months to upgrade

Hi folks,

Like many of you, excited for the S24 launch today.. I got the upgrade email, clicked through and entered my details and it says "not eligible until 1 Feb".

Is that right? Don't want to miss on any pre-order offers..

No info anywhere, just did a dummy upgrade run, twice the deposit than last year for the ultra £249 then £48 a month over 14 months. What a joke!

The 26 month term is cheaper but no info if we can upgrade after the 12 like now and what happens to the outstanding finance..

I've received a second email from Samsung with a different loan number, it's allowing me to upgrade
