Had terrible time with delivery of S24 ultra in thr first place however when i eventually did arrive it was missing the watch which was a free gift but very much factored into the decision and is incompatible with current one.
I contacted Samsung and was advised this was a shipping error which has now been fixed and watch would be delivered that week.
Ive now spent the last 4 weeks chasing to be told they sent it and thats it they cant do anything else.
Is there any other way to get this resolved or am i stuck with trying a section 75 claim if that will even cover the fact its "free"
