My claimed offer still hasn't been sent after 30 days have passed?

Redeemed on August 1st. They promised it would be sent within 30 days so 31st would be the latest I would receive the £50 gift card, now it's September 1st and its still not been sent.

What's happening and how do I even get this? Samsung scamming me?

Why do you suggest you are being "scammed" just because there is a short delay to an approved claim being received?

Your choice of words is not really appropriate.

Had you done a quick search on here, you'll have seen that is a bit of a delay on cashback, bonus products and Google Play Credits.

They promise within 30 days. They state it time after time it's WITHIN 30 DAYS, now it's passed 30 days. They've broken their end of the deal

There is a delay. It has been widely commented on here. You'll just have to wait like everyone else.

As for breaking their part of the deal, yes that may be correct. But what are you going to do about it?

Choices:

1. Call Samsung Customer Service and complain (good luck)
2. Cancel your purchase (you'll be out of time)

So where do you go with this other than waiting? Doesn't make it right I agree but that's your choices.

You people are far to understanding about a multi billion pound company treating it's customers this way.


They work with Google and can't get more codes generated and sorted out within a day? Let alone weeks?

No communication at all about the delay.

Their total disregard and disrespect for the customer is eye opening.

He's right about the agreement, which is a sales contract being broken, the promotional site still states WITHIN 30 days. They haven't even bothered to add a statement to the page, let alone email everyone.

Shall we all just tell them we want 50% off our products now since apparently anyone can change agreements after the fact?

OP has every right to be annoyed with the company.

It all a bunch of ** to make them buy their products without giving you the promised add on. I'm gonna be bombarding them with emails etc trying to get this then further attempting to get something extra as well. It's a joke that a BN $ company can't even get a single £50 gift voucher in a month after an agreed contract

Yeah totally agree if they can't produce the promotion within the timescale stated by themselves then they shouldn't advertise it for starts.

When you trade in they give you a certain amount of time to send your old device back as part of the deal or you get penalized by them it's no different.

Politely suggest you Google a definition of scam.

And unless your profile is marked as a Community Manager or Moderator (which mine isn't) then we are all customers.

This is a customer to customer forum after all.
