I'm afraid you'll need to contact Samsung Customer Services to try to find out why your order was cancelled.
This is a customer to Customer Forum so we can't see orders or accounts.
Usual reasons for cancellation include:
Delivery address differ from billing address.
Too many orders to the same address.
Previous non payment by customer.
Failure of customer to send trade in device previously.
I'm not suggesting that any of these apply to you. Just providing examples.
