Samsung uk just cancelled my order

Pretty annoyed at moment ordered s25 ultra on 2nd Feb and dpd had it at my local depot at 1pm today all of sudden samsung requested it returned at 8pm?

No clue why support won't tell me. Had nothing but trouble since ordering had wrong colour and contract emailed to me then the correct one and overall I am pretty disappointed in the whole process.

I only know it got cancelled as I had email about my bud3 being cancelled (free gift) and went to have look at my dpd order which I was expecting tomorrow.

Annoyingly they taken payment for it but support have said I need wait for them to get back in contact.

I am frustrated by whole thing.

Sorry this sounds like a bad experience. Was it bought directly from samsung or a carrier ? I notice you mention "the contract" which is why i ask.

It is strange for the phone to be shipped out to DPD and then get cancelled at this stage... usually all the due diligence about credit and affordability is done well before it gets to this stage.

Did you pay for the phone outright ? Is there something that might have caused a issue with credit rating etc.

Sorry, just asking and trying to understand how it can get to the delivery phase.

I guess the only other thing is the parcel got 'lost in transit'. Although the usual action would probably be to provide another shipment after some investigation.

I guess only the customer service can tell you exactly why... I can only speculate.

I am however really sorry to hear about this

I got confirmation I passed credit check. I have had mobile fraud against me 2+ year ago but that should popped up before checks passed. My credit score is pretty much perfect and I have no debt no house paid off etc.

It bought via samsung app I selected to have 3 contract with it as pulled down price.

Samsung support are not the most useful as if u cancel it surely a reason should be given.

I would suggest you contact them early tomorrow morning. During early hours it will likely be less busy on the phone lines.

I think the least they owe you is an explanation about this.

Could be a problem with the Three UK contract.
Be very unusual to go through all the process and be sent out to get cancelled at the last stage.

Unfortunately at such an early stage. Customer Support probably won't have the details to advise you about it.
See what information you might get in the morning

I spoken on chat and they have opened a ticket and told me to wait 24 to 48 hours. Which is fine but if they don't honour the deal it be last samsung product I buy as it ridiculous, if there was an issue they should phoned me and sorted it out.

Spoken to samsung yesterday confirmed it was back at their warehouse said they email me today at latest to update but nothing so far.

Just by chance I had look on dpd link again it back in my local depot so I have no clue what going on other than my phone is well travelled

I remember looking at the jet black that said out of stock couple of days ago but I ended up going for black titanium
