Sorry this sounds like a bad experience. Was it bought directly from samsung or a carrier ? I notice you mention "the contract" which is why i ask.
It is strange for the phone to be shipped out to DPD and then get cancelled at this stage... usually all the due diligence about credit and affordability is done well before it gets to this stage.
Did you pay for the phone outright ? Is there something that might have caused a issue with credit rating etc.
Sorry, just asking and trying to understand how it can get to the delivery phase.
I guess the only other thing is the parcel got 'lost in transit'. Although the usual action would probably be to provide another shipment after some investigation.
I guess only the customer service can tell you exactly why... I can only speculate.
