Got my device but haven't got trade in label or package

I got my s24 ultra last week and still dont got package or label to send back the trade in device , it says send back trade in device in 7 days what should i do.

It will be inside the box when u receive your s24. It's in the box where the phone was in.

Should have a blue bag with returns label in the box

I would pay extra £8 to send recorded and insured instead of using free label. That way, if anything happens, your loss is protected by royal mail

Take pictures of your phone and package that you send back

Phone just came in a paper cover just got the invoice and return paper only ...

Or are you telling about the main box inside which the phone is?

What's a ble bad? The only thing that was inside was return claim form and , 2 sets of dispatch notes

Ok , but there was no any blue bag just got the phone, charger and a samsung standing grip case

You may have to contact support and have them send you one

Some people didn't get one last year too
