I sent a package for Trade in, but it's stuck in the Royal Mail.

Hi there,

I've got my new device on 26th, sent my old device on 29th with using free service, but today (3rd Jun) the status of the parcel is still "We've got".

I've noted the reference number and took a pic of parcel with label, so I can trace it, but I lost my paper receipt from Royal Mail.

I've got an email that says Samsung still haven't received the old device yesterday.
I'm afraid that I'll be locked my device or charge extra money.

I've reply to them with the pictures of the parcel with label and screenshot of parcel status on Royal Mail tracking page. then they replied to me "We will email you once received."

what should I do now? just wait and pray?

@pomerons  Not much else you can do at the moment,  good you have photographic evidence as well as the tracking information.  Hopefully just a delay and will be resolved.

I gave up the parcel, so my trade in gonna fail but could you tell me how to avoid being locked my phone? How can I pay the amount I got deducted?
