I received my review email for the free buds3 pro, filled it in and when I submitted it I got an error message "already received feedback"

Has anyone else had this issue? Or is there any way to check if your review went through? I didn't get a confirmation email or anything

Hey, if you submitted review you should be good.

As it states:

Samsung.com by 03/12/24. After 14 days of purchase customers will receive an email from Samsung with a form to complete a review of their new phone (good or bad). Reviews must be made within 30 days of receiving the email from Samsung. Free gift will be delivered 14 days after review validation. Reviews must be via the form sent and NOT made on Samsung.com.

Thanks, do you know if there's any way to track the review validation? I didn't recieve any confirmation email

Suggest you to wait until you receive you're gift, if you have any questions i Suggest you to call samsing promotion team : 0330 236 6409
When it's shipped you usually will get tracking code in your registered email.

Try to contact the promotion team just to make sure as you haven't received the confirmation email from them.

Good to hear it's not just me. Im going to ring the promotions team on Monday and see if they have an update

Same here. Spoke to lots of departments at Samsung including promotions who were very unhelpful. I submitted an online enquiry also & still waiting for a reply. I'm not hopeful.

Been one week ain't had any update/confirmation
