Hi, just wondered if anyone had any recent experience ordering the Galaxy smart ring direct from Galaxy. I confirmed my ring size on 6th Dec and the status is still on "preparing to dispatch" - how long does it take to dispatch a ring for goodness sake.
I am seriously thinking of cancelling and getting an alternative if it doesn't arrive soon.
Any recent experiences would be gratefully received.
