Smart Ring delivery times

Hi, just wondered if anyone had any recent experience ordering the Galaxy smart ring direct from Galaxy. I confirmed my ring size on 6th Dec and the status is still on "preparing to dispatch" - how long does it take to dispatch a ring for goodness sake.

I am seriously thinking of cancelling and getting an alternative if it doesn't arrive soon.

Any recent experiences would be gratefully received.

That's exactly what the shop support team say, but no indication of an expected delivery window (other than it saying get it by 2nd January on my order summary, which is too late for a Xmas present).

Hi. I have the same issue. Preparing to dispatch message. Confirmed ring size after size kit came. Its saying its in stock and available next day if i go to buy it from knowing my ring size but customer service were no help and said possible 28th Dec!😩

• I now have the exact same problem you had, entered ring size and its now saying end of February, yet when i go to buy one knowing my ring size, it would arrive tomorrow!? What on earth? I called customer services andcthey are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with and clearly all read from scripts. Im very angry as i spent over £1000 with them on my order! Did you ever get your ring and did it arrive sooner than anticipated?

I did get my ring! It came before Christmas,which was earlier than expected. Ive not been too impressed by the customer service,but love their products.
