False Advertisement. Samsung published on their page a promotion to buy S22 ultra or S22+ and have watch 4 for free and said promotion last until sept 29. I tried to buy it yet there's no such promotion. I contacted customer service and their product team and no one help . They tried to fool me. It's disappointing to see well known cooperation acting as fraud.

The promotions are run be a third party and not necessarily by Samsung, read the small print before you do anything.

I will add to @keith30 post. Not all retailers participate in the promotions.
Always check first if they are part of the promotion process at the time and carefully read the small print.
I have come unstuck before because I didn't read the promotional small print.
Some third party companies that run the promotions have some strict criteria to qualify for promotional items

And can see an offer for the watch which states " 15% off Galaxy Watch when you buy any Smartphone "

I'd be very grateful to see your link to where Samsung are directly offering a " free watch "
