Hi there, I ordered a phone on January 18th as well as a watch and some earbuds said they would arrive on by the 25th. Today is the 31st. Still haven't heard or seen anything I talked to that customer service they said they'll escalate it. Still no call back called again. I feel that they should be taken to small claims court for false advertising and the cost of my products. Always thought Samsung was a very reputable company but they sure let me down. If you have a supply issue why don't you email the people that are waiting. You've got my money. I definitely want compensation for this shame on you Samsung shame on you. And I'm not a bot. Cheers

Any change in your S24 delivery situation since you posted on the 31st? And out of curiosity, which country are you based in?
