Worst customer service that does not respect warranties or reimbursements

After almost 2 months of back and forth with Samsung, our brand new television is still broken (technical screen failure) and Samsung has not yet found a solution to help us despite our tv still being under warranty. Disrespectful customer service agents who have gaslit us and just read us their script without listening to us or trying to solve our problem. Every time we call,  we are told it's not their team that handles our problem and we get sent to another person who says the same thing  without a solution. They will not allow us to speak to anyone else. The customer service agents give us false information, send us contradictory emails, and do not listen to us. They won't reimburse us, they won't send a replacement, they hang up on us. We are still under warranty - it's been 2 months without a solution.

AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COSTS - DISHONEST COMPANY

Are you able to share more about your situation with us to see if we can help? E.g. which country you're based in; model of TV; and which retailer you bought it from?

Hey there

Customer Service isn't Samsung's strong point.

Awe Arapp sorry to hear your pain 😞 I feel you have been mighty unlucky. I have used there warranty on a washing machine, freezer and phone and have always had a positive experience. Truly hope you get it rectified soon 🤞🍀
Personally I rate Samsung as a good company to deal with. I like their products and have been fortunate enough to have problems addressed 👍

I completely agree with your assessment here. They are really bad at honoring their warranty. My 3500$ refrigerator broke down and the technician quoted ~1500$ to fix it  and recommended I buy a new one rather than trying to fix this. He said it’s extremely hard to fix it since the condenser coils were rusting which is a manufacturing defect on Samsung using low quality metal for the pipes.  This is a Samsung family hub refrigerator.Samsung had a 10 year warranty on the compressor and I escalated this to the CEO office since the regular support was denying my claim for the compressor. The response I got from the CEO was was more ridiculous. They want to to spend 1500 dollars to repair the refrigerator, only then they will cover the cost of compressor that’s $350. It’s makes no sense on how they are making these decisions at the highest level at Samsung . I would never buy from them again and I would say stay away from Samsung. Completely untrustworthy company.no regard for the customer at all.
