Dishwasher Delivery - Can't get worse

Hello All,

I had a good opinion about Samsung products and their delivery process.

Based on my recent dish washer delivery experience  I have come to conclusion that their order management and delivery system is clearly broken.

They tried delivering faulty dishwasher twice and now I am waiting for the replacement which doesn't have a due date as they can't get the status from their vendor RXO. I have never seen a billion dollar company being in such a pathetic status where they can't reach their partners to get order status updates.

None of the agents are able to get hold of RXO and they are asking me to wait. And its been 3 weeks now.

As you might have realized by now there will not be any new Samsung products that our household will buy and will ensure my best to educate the others.

As regards your situation: I agree it doesn't sound good. Your order number doesn't look like a UK one, and I don't recall us using RXO here though. Which country are you based in?

@AntS This is an USA Order. 

@JAMES4578  Exactly that's what is surprising for me. Being such a large logistics company and having so many offices, how come they are so unresponsive regarding few orders.
