Has anyone received there products yet??

I kept to collect it from Samsung KX, do anybody know when will I receive the email to collect?? As it is scheduled for today.

Some are receiving their deliveries already
Mine are scheduled for this morning and this afternoon
I know someone that has had their Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 deliveries already

I have a midday dpd delivery slot for my Flip 5 but I don't know how collection from store work

Received my Flip 5 first thing this morning at 9am.

Mine is not ready for collection yet. I did a mistake keeping collection 🫠🫠🫠

You will get email saying its ready for collection.
When you do, rock over to the store and register with the staff showing email. They you will sign you in and give you instructions where pick is, usually about 5 mins wait

Check ok out the store and you should get text saying pick up is ready, go to the collection as instructed and get you new toy(s)

When you pick up at rhw store they usually give you goodies like Samsung mug or water bottle

Thanks but what I meant was mine was getting delivered to my home by DPD and that I didn't know how the Samsung store pick up worked - some shops just send you a message when it's ready to pick up, some tell you when you order to collect anytime after X o'clock, etc...
