I'm assuming most of us have got an email about the delay of delivery, but has Samsung (if they ever did) made or offer any compensation for such a ridiculous delay?

I can't disagree. Like I say... once bitten. A mid year purchase worked out well last year. If trade in is good then I may well upgrade then.

S23u is still a very nice phone...

P.s. I sincerely hope you can get things sorted so you are not without a phone !

I got a DPD email this morning but no despatch email, now my order page is saying delivery by the 26th. Really bizzare!

Anyone else had the dispatched email but DPD tracking just says "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly"?
The Samsung email says it's left the warehouse but DPD says they haven't received it yet.

Guess DPD aren't picking it up until tomorrow for you and Thur for me! Oh well.

I am in the same boat🥺 my blue 512gb coming on the 9th. I was on the phone for just under an hour and I got told wait for an email and when I questioned compensation the advisor advised me to wait for the phone to be delivered than call back and gave me a case number and told me I will get some voucher as compensation to use in Samsung store but didn't specify how much.

Weird isn't it, still says it's due tomorrow but DPD haven't acknowledged receiving it yet. Seems unlikely 😆

Mine now showing as due Thursday on the Samsung site but apparently it's on the way to DPD. No idea.
