I live in ireland. As per instructions I return the defective phone and can confirm from tracking details that it was received on Thirsday 24th March. When can i expect to receive a replacement

You would need to call the Samsung Online Shop Team and or email them via support@samsunguk.zendesk.com for an update.

I hope that you receive your new phone ASAP.
