Confusion and Delay with My Parcel Delivery via DPD

I’m experiencing some confusion and delays with the delivery of my parcel S25, 1TB, and I wanted to share my experience to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue.

Initially, DPD informed me that they had received my parcel and it was on its way. However, I later received an update stating that my parcel had been misrouted to an incorrect delivery depot. They assured me that they were working to rectify the issue and that the parcel would be processed through their sorting system again and forwarded to my local delivery depot by the next business day.

Now, the tracking information indicates that Samsung did not hand over the parcel to DPD. I’m quite puzzled by this series of events and the conflicting information. Has anyone else encountered such a mix-up with their deliveries? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I have a strong suspicion that something unusual and unexpected has occurred. It appears that DPD may be attempting to conceal the matter.

I just spoke to Samsung CS, they are certain they handed the devices over, probably something mechanical or a truck has broken at DPD, my issue is I won’t be home with my PIN on Monday and this could be a pain to solve!  And then I have the fun of the time limit on a trade in return,  honestly it wasn’t much help to call them and they couldn’t even tell me how many days you have to wait before it is declared lost….

Exactly same issue at the same sorting center.

I suspect something has gone wrong there.  Imagine there is a lot of people unhappy today.  Had to wait about 40 minutes to get through

Yes, I'm not sure when our parcels will be delivered. I hope they arrive tomorrow or the day after.

Mine is exactly the same.

Still says there's a delay  at the sortation facility, but I did speak to DPD about an hour ago. They said that it was in transit to the delivery depot.
