from day one I bought Samsung devices  last year I both 2 Samsung s23 ultra and 2 days ago I both the Samsung s24 ultra which I have received 30 minutes ago and it came locked what made me furious calling the customer service was not a great help as they did not know why it came locked and service was the poor only thing she said she could do is an investigation what can take 24 hours and I don't want or can wait 24 hours also when I requested to do a complaint she said you can reply to her email what made me more furious and I said I am a customer and why can you not do the complaint on behalf of me then I requested a supervisor and she did not even bother to look or transfer me to the supervisor I am very upset and not happy with the service of Samsung then after insisting to speak with a supervisor she does put me on hold until I get tired and force to hang up the cal this is totally not acceptable

Which region do you live in @Members_llLoese  ?

If the phone had been just delivered and it's imei locked etc then a person in the UK has 14 days to return a phone within 14 days of receipt. 

Ring back to speak to another agent and or the Samsung Shop Team for your region and request a replacement.

I just want to complain about the information I received from a Samsung employee. Is there a number I can call please?

Hi @CK1962, There isn't a dedicated inbound complaints number, so you'd need to contact Samsung on one of our Support contact channels: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
