Placed order on 27th February. Didn't receive my confirmation email. Talked to them this morning just to see how order is going, just said they'd be in contact via email. 

Talked to them again. To find out my order is going to get cancelled and would hear from the in 7-10 business days

Ordered a blue sapphire 24+ pre-order. Now phone prices have gone up too. WTH

Never in my life has it been so hard to get a phone.

Hi @Kylie95 

I'd suggest to call the Samsung Online Shop Team to ask why your order is being cancelled at Samsungs end. 

I can only assume at this point that something on Samsungs end has flagged an issue up such as the delivery address maybe, or in connection to any past orders, or they can't supply the phone due to stock delays.

First time ordering. Address was correct. I'm assuming they don't have enough stock. But that can literally be solved by saying out of stock online.

It could @Kylie95 but I've known orders being cancelled due to availability. 

May I ask how did you choose to pay ? There maybe an issue that way 🤔

I used PayPal which took the money out of my account instantly.

And now they are saying they never even received the money.. just keep changing their story. Now have escalated with my bank and PayPal. 

Will not buy anything straight from Samsung again. They are thieves.

Australia.. On a different note, I think I jumped up and down enough now. Just received my confirmation email not long ago. An entire week, 6 hours and 20 minutes. Email says not officially approved until I get a Samsung care + email or something.. but not happy about all the conversations I've had with them, actually very disappointed with customer service, ect. I think next time I'll go to the good guys, jbhifi, or  office works. Or something, because I also want to get a watch soonish. 

Not sure if they've changed their minds or if they are still cancelling it 🤷🏼‍♀️
