Hi I bought a TV present for someone but it's not letting me change the name on the order so it's getting delivered to their address with my name on.
- I contacted the devilry team and they said it is no them to deals with this contact Samsung directly
- I contacted the customer services at samsung and they said it is not them who deals with this
- I tried to log into my account and change it there but there I can see the details but there's no option to do it
- Two days now no help
They make it so difficult for customers to shop with them.
