Can't proceed to next online order page, Samsung website says mobile number is invalid

I'm getting this error when entering my phone number in the billing address section (my delivery and billing address have to be different). No mobile number format I've tried has worked, and because of the error, the "Next" button is greyed out and I can't click it.

I can manually enable the "Next" button in my browser which then allows me to proceed to the next order page, but this obviously isn't meant to be done and I'm not sure whether doing this will make the order incomplete and not go through properly. I contacted customer support and they were able to reproduce the error but they weren't too sure what to do.

Any advice on what I should try next?

Try inserting a space, for example: +44 7123 456789, instead of +44 7123456789. Hopefully, that works.

Are you ordering without registering up with an account with Samsung?

UPDATE - It does seem like a major flaw in the website. Only thing you can do is wait unless you're willing to have delivery and billing address the same.

I messed with my space button after certain characters and it worked
