I have a question for Samsung. A few months ago I received a message from Samsung that I will be able to buy Samsung products elsewhere in Europe, not just in my area. For example, if I buy an S25 Ultra on the German Samsung website, am I entitled to the same benefits as Germans or am I not entitled to them?

Would have to check the t's and C's of any promotion - could be that they are for residents only...but not necessarily.

Oops, that's where my post ended, I thought it was deleted, I'm not following this subforum because it's not really important to me, thank you for your reply. I didn't mean to be rude to anyone.

 

 But if Samsung behaves like that - i.e. if Samsung in my country orders from Polish Samsung (in the end it was Polish, not Czech Samsung) my pre-ordered Ultra, and it came to me with the German language, so Samsung can, and I can't? Why wouldn't I personally pre-order on the German web?

The post was just moved  to a more relevant area, agree the same  benefits cannot be guaranteed though.  Would need to carefully check the terms.

Good, I hope that this also applies to you Samsung Members Stars, because you often deceive other members that this forum is not monitored by anyone from Samsung, and it is written nicely that the moderators and Ants are Samsung employees. And I will not forget how one Star at the beginning claimed that I was lying about where I got the S24 Ultra from and that Samsung does not do that. I would just like to mention that all Samsung promotional messages are sent by, here is who
