I reviewed my new S24 ultra using the form sent by email. I did this on the 4th of December and still haven't received my buds. Is there anyway to check if I'm getting them?
Or if my review has been validated

It states "14 days after review validation" but usually all claims will be shipped to you within 45 days, you should get tracking number when it's dispatched, so keep an eye on your email.

If you've claimed them correctly, you should have received an email confirming successful validation.

I claimed using the email they sent me with the form in that link but received no confirmation email. That's why I'm concerned it's not coming

No luck with contacting them about this. The email i tried was the wrong one and the chat option never gives me the option to discuss this. Very frustrating, looks unlikely I'll receive them. I even took a screenshot after I reviewed cos I had a feeling I'd have this happen
