I should have learned my lesson.   I had a Samsung flex fridge that we purchased in 2016 that had ice maker issues and finally stopped cooling altogether in 2023.  So we bought the new Bespoke 4 flex in 2023 against my better judgment because the Lowes person said they had worked out the issues.  We need to match all of our other Samsung appliances.   Well now we can't order the panels and the fridge is coming today after a month of waiting and I've called/chatted with Samsung 4x with no success on even getting on a waiting list for the panels.  They won't even let you order them to get on the waiting list.   The last representative hung on me.  This company is seriously the worst and now I have a fridge with no panels/face.   I don't get how this company can be so bad.  I am an ***** for trusting them again with my money.  I just want get the panels....

@jslauson1: I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't been able to purchase the bespoke panels you wanted for your Bespoke refrigerator. There does appear to be some stock issues on our website at the moment, however if you head to the panels that you were interested in, hit 'Receive Stock Alerts' and enter your email address, then we will contact you as soon as they become available. I understand that this isn't ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I am facing similar issues. They are selling the refrigerator with a great idea, but there are not enough panels.
How are we supposed to know when they are available?
On the website, it is showing as available, and when I click on add to cart, it is not allowed. And there is no get notified button.

@samanth1990: Which country are you located in? I have looked into this for you, and stock availability for the Bespoke range of refrigerators and panels is currently limited on the Samsung UK website. To further your enquiry, I recommend heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out to the Shop Team to see if they're able to shed light on the available stock for the Bespoke range.

Hi Andrew,
I live in US and they are not available to add to cart.
I spoke to the team and they are not able to say anything on the stock.

We ordered a Samsung 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with the understanding that it would come with the Navy Glass Doors. It came with the White Glass Doors. We waited for around 4 months for the code to receive the Free Doors from Samsung. However, we cannot find the Navy Glass Doors anymore, and it seems like they might not have even been available when we BOUGHT the Refrigerator. It's very disingenuous to sell someone a Refrigerator with the wrong colors and the promise to be able to receive the requested colors, and then not have them available.

I bought a flex fridge also with thoughts that I would be able to buy matte gray glass panels and they are not available anywhere, the Samsung website is totally broken and won't let me add them to the cart, and none of my calls have gotten me anywhere.  This is completely unacceptable after buying a $3k refrigerator.

Same exact issue on my end. Hell, we were even able to place an order about 2 years ago, only for them to string us along until the day they said the shippers were delivering them to our house - only to find out they hadn't even been made yet. To this day, 2 years later, Samsung still has the "bespoke design studio" on their website with the same issue of not being able to add to cart. It's pretty ridiculous that such a large corporation hasn't figured this out or removed the design studio from their website.
