Bestellung beim Samsung Online Shop

Hallo!

Ich habe Gestern im Samsung Online Shop ein Galaxy Note 20 Ultra bestellt (als Gast).

Laut dem Shop dauert es 2-3 Werktage bis das Paket geliefert wird  nur sehe icj nirgends ob mein Paket schon weggeschickt worden ist und wann es ankommen wird.

Hab auch schon eine E-Mail an den Support geschrieben aber noch keine Antwort bekommen.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen.

Auch bei Gastbestellungen erhältst du im Normalfall eine Bestellbestätigung, mithilfe dieser kannst du den Status deiner Bestellung auf https://www.samsung.com/de/ tracken (aufs die Person oben rechts > Meine Bestellungen).

Sobald die Ware verschickt ist, erhältst du zudem eine Versandbestätigung inklusive Trackingnummer.

Yes I did the same about 2 days ago and talked to customer support yesterday when I freaked out. They confirmed that once the item will be shipped you will receive an email notification, but honestly wait at least 2 days before checking the progress in your account.

Ich dachte mir nur dass da vielleicht was schief gegangen ist weil es so lange duaert bis versendet wird.

Es steht ja 2-3 Werkstage lieferzeit

Normalerweise erhält man eine Versandbestätigung. Ich habe hier aber auch schon gelesen, daß der Postbote schon ohne diese geklingelt hat.

Ansonsten viel Spaß mit dem Handy. Es ist ein wirklich tolles Gerät.

Kann auch eine Sendungsverfolgung machen.Also alles ok mit der Bestellung.

Aber von weit weg kommt es.

Hab nicht gedacht dass es vom Ausland kommt

Oh my gosh, lucky you!! I was just informed that my phone will be coming next week 😅 so I think they're on the same ship 😂. I also didn't think it was coming from abroad otherwise I'd have bought from the shops nearby

Heute wäre das Ultra gekommen.War aber arbeiten.Hab dann gleich für Morgen einen neuen Zustell Termin ausgemacht.Das ging aber schnell!Das hätte ich mir nicht gedacht!Bin beeindruckt vom Samsung online shop! 👌👌👍
