I am not able to factory reset my mobole

Hello, I have now another new mobile. This mobile i am not able to ( factory reset) without my previous email. That email's password I dont remember ans I also dont remember that mobile anymore. Kindly, sort out this problem for me because I need factory reset this mobile to sell this mobile.

Nk2022 do you have proof of ownership? A receipt of when you bought it? These you can take with you to a servicepoint where they can help you reset the phone.
