Qr code - Notes instead of Connecting?

Hi. I have a Galaxy A14 and when I try to open a qr code it doesn't allow me to open it. And when I try to use the search the Web it says I don't have any app to do that. I have a Galaxy M13 and it works perfectly. The difference is that in the M13 it appears "open" when I scan a qr code and in the A14 it appears "note".

Sorry of anybody already posted this but I couldn't find it.

Esta é a Comunidade Portuguesa de Portugal pelo que podes falar em Português. 

Relatório à situação, já existiu um relato semelhante e era uma limitação do modelo, pelo que sugiro que verifiques junto do Apoio ao Cliente da Samsung.

Adicionalmente, podes sempre tentar repor as definições da câmara e verificar.

Hi. Like @Ricardo S7 said, this is the portuguese community. But maybe you didn't enable the authority to samsung Internet to open QR codes! Go to settings and see the permissions of the camera and the samsung browser.
