Hello ,

 

I bought my mobile Samsung f23 in march 2023. I am using Samsung f23 since then. I got an update to android 14 and one UI version6.1, I had updated and suddenly 1 day it started to reboot  again and again and finally got power on after 45 minutes. After reboot I was not able to connect WIFI, hotspot and Bluetooth on my mobile. march 2023 . till today I Did not face any issues . but after this update I have checked google forums many users are facing the same problem.

I had contacted your customer care and explained the problem , he told me to do Factory Data Reset and all my data was gone. I visited the SAMSUNG customer service center. As one of your  customer care representatives suggested, ask the Samsung service center team to update the software properly they did the software update but the funniest part the "service center team itself told me not to buy any Samsung products because most people are facing the issues after this new update and he also told before software upgrade we are not sure if we do the update it works in the normal way or not"..Right now, the current situation is the mobile is rebooting again and again continuously.  The team told me it was a motherboard issue which needed to be replaced with 9030 INR.I bought the  mobile for 15k INR and now they are asking to replace the motherboard. With 10k amount.  As I had already mentioned in the previous mail, many people are facing the same issue after the new update. Could you please help me to downgrade the software? Or suggest something with practical solution. Please free to ask me any related information please check all the above explanation clearly and provide a  useful solution or downgrade the current software until you fix the technical issues . kindly revert back to me if you have any clarification or any other information ASAP.

Hello! Welcome to the Samsung Community. I know its very frustrating that you are facing these issues with Samsung products. Unfortunately if it is a motherboard issue there is nothing much anyone can do with software downgrading etc.

Hello , 

It is not only me facing the issue if you randomly search the google with Samsung which ever model you want  (f23,mseries)update issues , everyone are facing same issue. if you want my analytics of my mobile I can send on how much I use the mobile, I did not get any error till warranty and suddenly after update I am facing it. I am used to saying that Samsung is long run but if the mother board is not working for 1 year what is the use of buying the products. please retest the UI 6.0 which current release before asking us to update.

I feel bad to tell you all this things, but if you see , there are many people who are waiting for your proper guidance with right solutions and many leave the phone which they buy with 15k + amount as they don't get right information to these cases.

Same here in India. I bought the 5G model a little over a year ago. The reboot problem. Service centres here always ask customers to change motherboard, which cost 70% of the new phone cost. Horrible product. I don't think I will ever buy a Samsung phone.

What a pathetic thing to handle this software issue , exact same issue as @niharika08  situation my mobile has never been to customer care my father use it  with lot of care almost 6 months after  warrenty expire on 5 march 2025 software updated automatically and just next day after update same exact issue and and exact waste solution provided by @Batsy  you company samsung technical team working on software patches and update need to work on them . Ist clear case of fraud by company to extract money from customer , this problem should be taken care by consumer forum and Strick action to be taken against such action .

Hey, it seems like you do not know how Samsung Members work. I am a Samsung user similar to you answering your questions to the best of my Knowledge. I do not work with Samsung or get paid by them. Follow restraint with your words online or otherwise.

Oh @Batsy  am new to platform was not knowing the thing , regret if may words were harsh its for samsung not for you ! Please don't mind it .
