Trade in device IMEI not recognised

I am trying to buy Samsung watch ultra from samsung store using trade in offer with myXiaomi Redmi k20
when I enter IMEI it shows error "Entered IMEI does not match with selected brand & model."
When I try this exchange offer with other websites I don't face any issues only on samsung I am facing this. please help

I can't see "Xiaomi" as a brand option for the Trade In offer on the UK Store:  https://www.samsung.com/uk/watches/galaxy-watch-ultra/buy/?modelCode=SM-L705FDAAEUA
