Whilst possible at this stage it is only speculative, cannot be sure how accurate this information is. certainly in the premium models generally customers have felt the Snappdragon processor is superior, Exynos though is deemed to have improved over the years and not so long ago was the only option in Europe. That being said do not think it would be the best marketing for the Ultra versions.

Reports from Business Korea that Samsung plans to bring the 3nm chip to t newhe Galaxy 25 series with the Exynos 2500 chip. Experts predict that the processor may surpass Snapdragon 8 in some respects such as Power Efficiency.
From Business korea: "Recently, Samsung Electronics collaborated with the global Electronic Design Automation (EDA) company, Synopsys, to successfully mass-produce prototypes of system-on-chips (SoCs), including mobile APs, based on a 3-nm process. Samsung has been the first to mass-produce the 3-nm Gate-All-Around (GAA) process globally and is the first in the industry to apply this to mobile AP semiconductor chips. The company plans to mass-produce Exynos 2500 using this process for the early next year launch of the Galaxy S25 series"
