I did a hard reset and changed my password now I cannot login. Every attempt it accepts the password than tells me to login again which at that point says processing failed. I love Samsung but ready to throw it in.... please help

You could consider resetting via logging into your Samsung Account via a laptop or computer that way @Jamieromero71

@Jamieromero71: Please can you try signing in to Find My Mobile using your Samsung Account details via the link below, to see if you're able to remotely unlock the phone in this manner?
