I have a problem with my Galaxy Note 4.

When I am trying to clear the device cache by restarting the device holding down Power/Home/Volume Up combination.

All I see is a fallen over robot and No Command error, so I can't get to clear the cache and see if I can stop the phone freezing.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Thanks

Hey @davidrichards27 ,

are you able to send us a picture of this? Is the phone freezing whilst you are using a particular app and do you have at least 10% of the phone storage free?

I can't as this happens when trying to access the os cache.

Yes, I have 5GB of memory free

Not sure what else to do?

I would suggest you download Samsung original firmware for Note 4 , download ODIN flash tool & reinstall the software. To me what you are saying seems like the phone had an unsuccessful firmware flash.
