I'm just a humble carpenter and better working with sharp tools than including myself under the same title. I have, what I thought was a brilliant phone until a couple of days ago and a software update. A few hours after the update I needed to turn the phone off. On trying to fire it back up it went into a restart loop. The only way I could get a restart is by disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours. After doing this I've managed to do a forced restart, only to return to the loop. Again after dropping the battery out and after couple more hours, managed a reboot, again the same with a complete reset, again the same in safe mode. All with a couple of hours in between !. After a great text chat with the Bot & then the texting tech guy, I've realised I can get a restart after a couple of hours connected to the charger.
So on top of this little hiccup, the phones ringer has stopped working ! Again directly after the update, meanwhile, all the "in" phone diagnostics are showing everything is working perfectly.
Is it just possible that someone has experienced the same issues and has a brilliant fix it wand they can wave in my direction? Or is it worth waiting for a new fix direct from the maker ? Maybe it's in need of going to meet it's maker !!!? Or does anyone want to buy a brilliant phone with a couple of years left of updates?
Bless you all , Lovelovelove.
