Hi @Daljeet singh , I've edited your post as it's not a good idea to post personally identifiable information such as an IMEI no. publicly. 

We'd be unable to block any phones from here. The advice given in wintersmith's link above is the best to follow for Samsung phones specifically; and also reporting the incident to your local authorities and network (if you haven't done so already). I'd definitely go with contacting your Network as they'll block the phone's imei numbers. 

They'll also block your account to stop unauthorised usage. 

If you need to claim on insurance then one of the Terms maybe you need a crime number from the Police. 

Think about asking your Bank to block your card if Samsung Pay / Wallet or Google Pay / Wallet was used. 

And change any passwords for sensitive sites etc you used .

When your network sends you a new sim card you may then need to recontact them to have the block lifted off your account.
