Hello,
This evening, I've deleted pictures on my phone and it suddenly froze.
I tried a reboot with "Power + Volume-" and it stays on Samsung Galaxy S7 powered by android for a long time.
After that I always have light blue screen with "Installing system update" and then after few minutes I have a black screen with these lines:
#Fail to open recovery_cause (No such file or directory)# #Reboot Recovery_Cause is [UNKNOWN]# No Support SINGLE-SKU File-Based OTA E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument) Supported API: 3 E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument) E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument) dm-verify verification failed ... E:failed to mount /cache (invalid argument) E:failed to mount /cache (invalid argument) E:failed to mount /cache (invalid argument) E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_locale
When I do "Volume+ + Home + Power" nothing is happening. I cannot have the SAMSUNG logo thingy.
It seems also that I cannot power off the device.
I have also removed my sd card.
Any idea how to fix that issue?
Thanks for your help.

Hello
Did you find a solution to the problem?
Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me on my phone.

Hey @Members_fnjcsFu and @tothgeri ,
it seems that there is an issue with the phone software and we would advise contacting Support to get an examination arranged so our engineers can fix this. You can find their contact details here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
