Are you referring to the Albums in your Gallery ?
Is your Gallery updated to the latest version available on your phone.
If so are you using the Samsung Gallery ?
On mine I open up my Galley and then for example.
In regards to changing an Albums name in the Samsung Gallery.
If you've tried the above then put the phone in Safe Mode … Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. If no apps are causing this then you may need to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
