Green line issues, black patches on the screen, and finally the worst so far after the latest update, my phone's screen is flickering madly. It is so sad seeing this. How am I gonna trade in this phone when the phone is in terrible condition? Worse is it's not my fault. It seems like so many people have faced this. I bought mine in Malaysia, so the phone uses Exynos. I contacted customer service, did as told, and it got WORSE. Where can I find the money to buy a new phone that can offer all the other good things EXCEPT this screen issue?
Samsung what will you do to help me? Loving your products but these S21 Ultra issues have to be dealt with soon which will benefit the customers too not only on Samsung's side.
