Awful network issues Samsung S21FE

I'm experiencing horrible network issues for the last 3/4 weeks:
- network keeps picking up and dropping all the time
- the mobile data, when it works, is very slow
- my calls keep cutting midway through calls, so bad

I checked with my network provider and confirmed it's not the network (happens with other networks as well).

I have done most internet prompts to sort this out (network reset, restart in safe mode, swap sim cards etc).

It's genuinely frustrating and now costing my work functions.

Please please help.

I'm afraid the S21 Series has a truly awful modem inside and the issues of poor signal are very well documented.

If you haven't already, I would Reset Network Settings (you won't lose data but you will need to re-enter your passwords for WiFi networks).

I honestly rue my decision of getting this device. I've tried the network reset, numerous times, nothing doing.

If nothing else works in the coming week I might as well take it in for checks on warranty.

I sent mine in for repairs and they told me phone is fine. I'm never purchasing any Samsung products again

The most expensive phone I bought and yet the worst phone I ever owned. Truly awful experience, problems start manifesting and my phone is not even two years old.

Few months ago my phone started behaving but it wasn't anything too frustrating. One day, it just malfunctioned and the volume goes up and down by itself. After trying to reboot to fix the problem, the phone couldn't be turned on anymore. I even tried hard reset but the button just isn't responsive. I sent my phone to service centre, they said it is the main button connector issue, and they took two days to fix it. I gotta praise Samsung's service though, they are very fast.

After I took my phone, a lot of issues came along with it. It couldn't be charged with type-c to type-c usb cable anymore. The screen dims only after a few seconds of inactivity, regardless of my setting. Phone is getting very laggy. And now the most frustrating issue is the network connectivity issue. It shows it is connected to mobile data with 4G full bar, but I can't use the internet. There are also several other issues that I won't bother to list out.

I owned a iPhone 4, Xperia Z1, and a Huawei 4e before, and this Galaxy S21 Fe is more expensive than each of my previous phones by a huge margin. People praise Samsung for its stability, but I don't see any, the only good thing from it is its camera. I will never again buy a Samsung phone in a while.

This is the worst phone from reception perspective. Since from the day I bought it it is having trouble with network. Phones much cheaper that this have 10 times better network and internet speed . Samsung should recall this ***** and return the money.
