S21 restarting and shutting down. Downloaded an update and is now stuck on download screen

Hello

I am having trouble with a S21 phone which starting restarting, coming out of apps, freezing and shutting itself down.  After completing a factory reset this did not resolve the problem.  The phone prompted to update the software and now it is stuck in the blue download screen.  I have tried all the suggestions and contacted samsung but they have given me the incorrect address of a repair centre.  Does anyone know of a repair centre in East devon or Exeter that can help please?  Is this a software or hardware issue?

As your device is out of warranty, you could try reaching out to a recommended local repair shop to see what they think.

I have this problem with an in warranty S22. Re starts itself for about 10 minutes.
