Unable to download update on my Galaxy S 9+

My Bluetooth and WiFi can't turn on and because of this i can't update my #Samsung Galaxy S 9 plus

 it says i need to connect Wifi to download update.

Please someone help me out this is frustr

Hi @EliteBrave and warm welcome 👋

Few thing to try go to settings > Connections > data usage > data saver ( turn it off)

Settings > apps > arrow shaped icon in the corner > show system apps and press OK > search Android set up > force stop > disable and enabled it.

Settings > general management > reset > reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings

Is there a reason why your WiFi won't turn on?

You can connect your phone to a pc and use smart switch to update it without Internet. Your PC downloads the update and pushes it to the phone
