Hello! I have had this phone, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, for a little over 2 years now and I have experienced no issues with its performance. However, while I was using it today it randomly turned off and entered a restarting loop, where it would turn off and then restart on its own immediately. I left it alone to for a while and (i guess) it ran out of battery since it exited the loop and the screen was black no matter which buttons I pressed, so I plugged it to charge and the screen on the image below appeared. I have not touched it since and it has been the same for the past hour.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Do you know if it would download whatever it needs and resume working or do I have to start looking for a new phone?
Just a side note: I do not have a receipt for purchase/proof of purchase so I am not sure if I would be able to get it fixed through Samsung Service Store.

Hello and may I personally extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
@em0608nik I'd suggest to either take the phone to a Samsung Experience Store if you have one local or if you don't then arrange for samsung to have hands on by sending it to them.
When you phone samsung advise them of your paperwork situation to see what they advise.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
