Hi my husband has locked himself out of his phone.
Originally purchased for Vodafone 4yr ago now on another network. He is unable to access his Samsung account due to passwords. Is there any advise you can give on getting in to his phone? Tia

@Juniper: As the option to remotely unlock Galaxy smartphones and tablets is no longer available, your husband will need to reach out to our Support Team to arrange for an engineer to unlock the device. Please note that proof of purchase will be required, as the issue relates to a security feature of the device. 

With this in mind, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.

@Juniper  you could reach out to Samsung support but as mentioned only an engineer would be able to unlock out.  I will point out though that the S10 no longer receives security updates  and vulnerabilities increase in this situation. https://www.phonearena.com/news/no-more-updates-galaxy-s10-and-note-10-reach-end-of-support_id156002
