@Juniper: As the option to remotely unlock Galaxy smartphones and tablets is no longer available, your husband will need to reach out to our Support Team to arrange for an engineer to unlock the device. Please note that proof of purchase will be required, as the issue relates to a security feature of the device.

@Juniper you could reach out to Samsung support but as mentioned only an engineer would be able to unlock out.
