S21 stuck on android 12 and OneUI 4.1

My S21 is stuck on Android 12 and OneUI 4.1, even though it is compatible for Android 14, so two updates behind. When you try and update, it scans but just says "no updates available". Just done an entire factory reset and still have the issue. Any help? Seems like planned obsolescence to me but hey

Have you tried updating with Smartswitch on your PC?

It's likely that the phone is outside of the region it's originally mentioned for possibly.
So won't get the updates ment for there.
Try the Smartswitch on your computer
If you go to settings
Scroll down to about phone
Software information
Then take a screenshot of the service provider software
Should be able to tell from this

@Parko1234 sometimes inserting a completely different networks activated sim card can instigate an update. 

If not then you can either send feedback via your Samsung Members App to Samsung directly and see if they reply. 

Or if you have a Samsung Experience Store local they maybe able to help. 

Another option is try removing the sim and search for an update then.
