Help please! Just pulled this phone out of my fire safe for my son to use for watching TV/movies & to play games on during an upcoming 12 hour one way round trip. When trying to charge it the charging circle will not show at all. It is now stuck on the "Powered By Android" black screen. But as soon as I unplug it it goes completely black. When plug it back in it goes back to the screen. This has no water damage & has been in an air tight fire safe for a couple years & periodically turned on. Hoping & praying it's not fully done for since I only used it for maybe 2 months before getting a different phone. I've tried holding the power button, holding power & volume down, & power & volume up. Nothing seems to be working. PLEASE let me know if anyone knows of anything I can do to get this working.

@Snichols9214: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. If you have access to a home computer, please try connecting your Galaxy S10 Lite via USB cable, then press the Power and Volume Up keys together until the Samsung logo appears on screen. Release the buttons at this stage, and you should see a Recovery Mode screen. Using the Volume Down button, scroll to Wipe Cache Partition, and hit the power button to select it. Select 'Yes', then scroll to Reboot System Now on the Recovery Menu, and tap the Power button.
