Hi why can I only make and receive phone calls if I'm connected to WiFi?

Have you checked with your Network Provider, you may need a sim swapped out if it's faulty. Being that is is working over WiFi I think it may be that

I'm no expert in WiFi calling but I think it's still needs the sim to work

I would start there

Did this start after upgrading to Android 13?

Further to what @-Robot- has suggested @taffy67, please can you try removing and then re-inserting your SIM card to see if this helps?

It's my phone, it's saying no1 sim isn't working I put another sim in tray 2 by itself and that works . Thanks for your input
