Is it time to upgrade my phone. I am noticing that some apps are now not compatible with my phone. Went to upgrade disney plus and can no longer use it now as can't upgrade. Woukd have used it alot at the caravan.

All apps  must  work  on S20fe  its  not  that  old

While the S20FE won't receive any more feature updates, it will continue to receive monthly security updates, but is subject to change

If you are in a position to upgrade, then do so. The S23FE is a good starting point.

Hi @peppergill   There can be compatibility issues with some apps once your Device stops receiving updates.  However the Disney Plus app is listed as being compatible with  Lollipop (Android5 and above)  , have you tried reinstalling.  This and Troubleshooting here  https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-en-uk-uninstall-reinstall 

However  your Device is coming up for 4 years old and you may well wish to consider an upgrade, increased risk once security updates cease.
